Tom Skrobe:

So, our approach is we have two tracks where some advisors, like Adam was talking about, they build their own portfolios. So, in most of those cases they're going to continue to build portfolios, they're very established, and they're good at what they're doing. So for those cases, we want to try to help them evolve their portfolios, be a resource for them in thinking about how to evolve portfolios. And in some cases we become their OCIO manager, but in a lot of cases we're providing pieces of information for them, real time market information and ideas that they could put in motion with their existing portfolios. On the other side of the equation, we pursue advisors two ways. One, we have our standard model lineup and we're available, like everyone else on this call, on a variety of different platforms. And we're helping the advisor determine how they can use these prepackaged models in their practice.
