Nasdaq The Real ETFs: U.S. MidCap Quality Growth ETF

May 1, 2024

WisdomTree Head of Capital Markets, David Graichen joins Nasdaq for a segment of The Real ETFs to discuss our U.S. MidCap Quality Growth Fund, QMIDand how it could fit in an investor's portfolio.

Dave Graichen:

I'm David Graichen from Wisdom Tree, and today we'll be talking about QMID.

QMID Is kind of an extension of what I like to call our Q family, which we screen heavily for quality as well as growth.

Something cat-like. Mid-cap and small-cap space, they march to a little bit of different drums, so I think they kind of stealthily go about their business.

We look to save money in my 401k, and pack that away. I think a lot of people don't realize the value of the compound interest of the growth that you can save and develop while you're still young. In your 20s.

People that are new to ETFs, I think they really, it would serve them well to understand the structure of the ETF, how an ETF is put together.

The reason why I believe people should invest in our ETFs is due to our process and how we put together the ETF, the quality screens that we provide, as well as the screening for growth on the earnings side as well.

I used to play college hockey and I was a goaltender, but I'm getting a little too old to stop pucks, so most of my time is spent on the golf course these days.

I think I would choose invisibility and just kind of lurking around and being a fly on the wall for all those meetings that you wish you could be a fly on the wall for would be a lot of fun.

QMID is for investors looking to add a slice of mid-cap exposure to their portfolios.
